Wisdom Marine disclosed that Fearnleys Singapore acted as the broker for this transaction.

Wisdom Marine's fleet is primarily composed of Handysize and Panamax vessels, covering bulk carriers, log carriers, tweendeck multipurpose ships, and others. In recent years, Wisdom Marine has been gradually renewing its fleet by ordering 6–8 newbuildings each year.

In terms of operations, Wisdom Marine leverages its high-specification fleet built in Japan and has established long-term cooperation with numerous reputable and well-known charterers. By combining long-term chartering with self-operation, the company adapts to market changes and achieves stable performance.

According to data on its official website, as of now, Wisdom Marine controls 130 vessels. In addition, the company holds 8 newbuilding orders, including 2 units of 82,000 dwt and 6 units of 40,000 dwt.
