On July 24, 2026, Beibu Gulf Port Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Beibu Gulf Port" or the "Company") issued an announcement regarding adjustments to its senior management personnel.

According to the announcement, due to a work transfer, Mr. Wang Guowei resigned from his positions as Vice Chairman of the Board and member of the Audit Committee of the Board. His original term as Vice Chairman was scheduled from September 8, 2025, to May 19, 2027. After his resignation, Mr. Wang Guowei will continue to serve as a director of the Company.

Mr. Mo Nu resigned from his positions as Director, General Manager, and member of the Strategy Committee of the Board. His original term as Director was from May 20, 2024, to May 19, 2027, and his term as General Manager was from July 29, 2025, to May 19, 2027. After his resignation, Mr. Mo Nu will hold no other positions in the Company. As of the disclosure date of this announcement, Mr. Mo Nu holds 56,666 shares of the Company, which will be managed in strict accordance with relevant regulations. Pursuant to applicable provisions, the resignation of a director takes effect upon delivery of the resignation letter to the Board, while the resignation of a senior executive takes effect upon approval by the Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors expressed its sincere gratitude to Mr. Mo Nu and Mr. Wang Guowei for their contributions to the Company's development during their terms of office.

Furthermore, following a review and approval of qualifications by the Nomination Committee of the Board, the Company resolved to appoint Mr. Wang Guowei as General Manager of the Company, with his term commencing on the date of approval by the Board of Directors at this meeting and ending on the expiry date of the tenth term of the Board of Directors.

Prior to this adjustment, Mr. Wang Guowei had served as Vice Chairman of the Company since September 8, 2025.

Biography of Mr. Wang Guowei:

Mr. Wang Guowei, male, born in October 1978, is a member of the Communist Party of China. He graduated from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) in Belgium (French-speaking) with a master's degree in Transport Management and holds the professional title of Engineer.

He commenced his career in January 2007 and has successively held the following positions: Deputy General Manager of Beibu Gulf Port Fangchenggang Terminal Co., Ltd.; General Manager of Kuantan Port (Group) Co., Ltd.; Secretary of the Party Committee, Executive Director, and General Manager of Beibu Gulf Port Qinzhou Terminal Co., Ltd.; and Secretary of the Party Committee, Director, and Chairman of Guangxi Beibu Gulf International Container Terminal Co., Ltd.
